Workmanship Guarantee
Our plumbing work generally carries a guarantee which is valid for 12 months from the date of the work completed. Please keep a copy of your invoice as proof of purchase in the rare event you could need to call us back.

Workmanship
Our work is covered by a 12 month guarantee against faulty workmanship when it comes to new installations, with regards to general maintenance or installation of second hand materials our workmanship guarantee is valid for 90 days

Materials
All new materials supplied by Crowe Plumbing will be covered by manufacturers’ warranties honoured by our merchant suppliers.

Guarantee
To take full benefit of these guarantees however, it is important that you should call us straight away you detect any sort of problem. In the unlikely event that a problem does occur, we will send one of our plumbing tradesmen over as soon as possible to investigate the problem, and report back to you with their findings.
It’s also very important that no one tampers with any of our work. If they do then any guarantee could be null and void.
